Dana Drake offers expert coaching for high school students, graduate and medical school applicants, and families who want personalized support at every stage.

Undergraduate Admissions Coaching (Juniors & Seniors)
Preparing for college admissions can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. We offer personalized coaching for high school juniors and seniors to help navigate every step of the process with greater confidence and less stress.
The All-In Essay Experience
FROM BRAINSTORMING TO FINAL DRAFT – STARTING AT $1500
- Two versions of your Personal Statement
- Four unique UC Personal Insight Question essays (UCPIQ's)
- Includes 10 hours of one-on-one coaching, additional hours can be added if needed at rate of $150/hour
*School-specific supplementals are not included in this package. See the Supplemental Essay Add-On below for that service.
Mix and Match
À LA CARTE OPTIONS:
SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAYS — $400/SCHOOL
- This add-on is available only with the All-In Essay Coaching Package, OR in combination with the Personal Statement add-on option
- This is for students applying to schools that require supplemental essays in addition to the Personal Statement
- Many schools frequently use similar supplemental essay prompts, so we'll identify opportunities to use modified essays for multiple schools, even if we're not working together on them. Students will finish with completed essays and a solid understanding of how to research, structure, and write other supplemental essays
PERSONAL STATEMENT ONLY - $850
- Two-hour brainstorm session
- Up to 5 one-hour sessions from first to final draft
- This includes TWO versions of your personal statement, one unique and one academic-focused essay, to provide options for different schools
UC PERSONAL INSIGHT QUESTION ESSAYS – $800
- Two- hour brainstorm session
- Up to 5 one-hour sessions from first to final draft
- This includes FOUR unique essays
PERSONAL STATEMENT OR UCPIQ REVIEW ONLY – Starting at $500 per essay
- Designed for students who are already well into the writing phase or completed a first draft of their essays.
- We will work until essays are ready to submit
- If the essay prompt needs to be changed after we meet, additional fees may apply
INTERVIEW COACHING - $100/HOUR
- Whether you're preparing for a college admissions interview, an internship, or a job opportunity, thoughtful preparation can make all the difference. We help clients enhance their communication skills, articulate their strengths, and present themselves with confidence and professionalism. Through personalized coaching, we’ll practice common interview questions, develop strategic responses, and ensure you feel fully prepared to make a lasting impression.

Graduate & Med School Admissions Coaching
Applying to graduate or medical school requires a higher level of strategy, polish, and confidence. Dana provides personalized coaching to help you craft a standout application and present your strongest self to admissions committees.
Support includes:

- Interview preparation, including mock interviews and MMI (Multiple Mini Interview) coaching
